Why you need supplements while on a Ketogenic diet

During the initial stages of a Ketogenic diet, you might find it complicated to fulfill all of your macro-nutrient needs.  Getting some important keto supplements during theses critical times will make your transition into ketosis that much easier.

A very common side-effect of the early stages of Ketogenic transition is the “Keto flu”.  It can be an unpleasant experience to say the least,  but adding in key supplements will help you bypass this phase entirely.
